Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Luxeno platform and API services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Luxeno. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

Luxeno provides AI model gateway services, offering unified access to a wide range of AI models — including large language models (LLM), image generation, video generation, and speech models — from multiple providers through industry-standard API endpoints (OpenAI-compatible and Anthropic-compatible). The Service includes API access, a user dashboard, wallet-based billing, and related features.

The specific models, features, and pricing available through the Service may change from time to time at our discretion.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and verifying it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Upon registration, you will be issued API keys to access the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and must not share them with unauthorized parties.

The Service enforces rate limits (default: 60 requests per minute) which may vary by plan. You agree to use the API only for lawful purposes and in accordance with acceptable use guidelines. Automated or programmatic abuse of the Service is prohibited.

Luxeno operates on a prepaid wallet model. You must add funds to your wallet before using API services. Payments are processed via Stripe in USD, JPY, or EUR.

API usage is billed per token, per image, or per request depending on the model used. Charges are deducted from your wallet balance in real time. Wallet funds are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the API ("User Content"). Luxeno does not claim ownership of User Content.

Luxeno and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Luxeno's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Service to: generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content; violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; resell or redistribute API access without prior written permission; or interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Luxeno provides the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. The Service may be subject to interruptions for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxeno's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Luxeno in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Luxeno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. Luxeno may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
